This podcast will help you learn more about consumer attitudes to reformulation and health and how to make changes to your products for health.

FDF Scotland recently carried out research with Levercliff Associates to determine consumer and business attitudes to reformulation. The research looked at consumer attitudes to health and wellbeing as well as highlighting key consumer profiles and what drives them when purchasing. It also analysed Scottish SME food manufacturers experiences of reformulation - identifying where any gaps and challenges are.
